Step 1: Request a Quote

Browse our online store and find the medical equipment or supplies you need. Email Save On Medical at info@saveonmedical.ca to request a quote for your selected product.

Please provide your contact information, the product you need, and any relevant prescription or supporting documentation required by your funding provider.

Step 2: Receive Your Quote

We will prepare a quote outlining the product and its price. You can use this quote to apply for funding through your:

* Extended health insurance company
* Provincial ministry or government assistance program
* Royal Canadian Legion
* Other eligible third-party sponsor or funding organization

Step 3: Submit Your Quote for Approval

Send the quote to your insurance company, ministry program, Legion representative, or other funding sponsor.

Your funding provider will review your request and determine whether the product is eligible for coverage. They may ask you for a prescription, medical assessment, or additional documents.

Important: Please obtain approval from your funding provider before arranging payment. Coverage and approval requirements vary by program.

Step 4: Your Sponsor Sends Payment

Once your request is approved, confirm the payment arrangements with your funding provider.

Where the sponsor pays Save On Medical directly, the sponsor will issue payment by cheque to Save On Medical. 

We will proceed with your order once the payment has been received and processed.

Please note that approval and payment are handled by your funding provider and may take time.

Step 5: We Ship Your Order

Once payment has been received and processed, Save On Medical will prepare and ship your medical equipment to you.

We will provide shipping information when your order is dispatched, where applicable.
